What is a credit?
1 credit = $0.10 of generation. Per 10-second segment: Default (HeyGen) = 5 credits, Happy Horse = 14, Veo 3.1 Fast = 15, Kling v3 Pro = 17, Seedance 2.0 = 30; reference-to-video variants run higher (up to 40 for Veo). So a 30-second video runs roughly 15–120 credits depending on which model you pick. Credits refresh monthly on your billing date.
Which AI models can I use?
Starter unlocks Default (HeyGen V3), Happy Horse, and Seedance. Growth adds Google Veo 3 and Happy Horse image-to-video (your selected character animates as the subject). Influencer and Ultra add Kling v3 Pro for cinematic motion with native audio.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Video generation is paused until your credits reset on your next billing date, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits. Scheduled posts for already-generated videos still publish.
How does the social scheduling work?
Connect your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube in Integrations. Then drag any completed video to your calendar and set the date, time, platform, caption, and hashtags.
